Nick is a licensed architect who has been with NBW Architects since 2017. In 2024, he joined ownership of the company and now serves as a principal architect. During his time with NBW he has managed projects for clients in the industrial, commercial, educational, and civic sectors. This includes experience working on several warehouse and truck facilities, K-12 schools and projects for the State of Idaho and City of Idaho Falls. He has worked on projects ranging from small remodels to multi-million-dollar new construction. Prior to working for NBW Architects, Nick worked in the University of Idaho’s Integrated Design Lab, researching the energy performance of buildings. He also taught workshops and presented his design research at the Idaho Energy and Green Building Conference. He focused on efficient lighting systems and natural ventilation. He also worked to educate business owners on the health and wellness benefits of energy-saving measures that go beyond monetary savings. His background has developed his desire to pursue the best solutions to diverse problems.
